Free shipping policy ARKSHealthcare LLC offers free standard shipping for all eligible orders of $75 or greater before applicable taxes. For all total order amounts less than $75 before applicable taxes, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 per order applies. Tracking numbers are provided free of charge with every shipment.

Return/Refund Policy At ARKSHealthcare LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

All unopened products in resaleable condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date.

ARKSHealthcare LLC does not accept packages posted COD by the recipient. If your original order included free shipping, the cost of original shipping may be deducted from your refund total if your order no longer qualifies for free shipping after an item return.
